Charles Pierre Baudelaire, a nineteenth century French poet, defined a flâneur as “a person who walks the city in order to experience it”.
This blog documents my walks throughout various cities (mainly my hometown, New York) and showcases the inspiring individuals that I encounter during my adventures – on the street, in clubs, at the bar, eating at restaurants. Often times, I wonder about these stylish men and women – who are they? what do they do for a living? where are they heading? how did they assemble their outfits? when did they acquire their fashion sensibilities? I admire their ability to effortlessly look modern and this is my homage to them.
